President’s Volunteer Service Award
National recognition of 100 hours of volunteer service. The White House letter and the AmeriCorps certificate in the collage document the same Bronze award.

“I love Eastvale, and I want to do everything I can to ensure the city continues to prosper and be a safe place for everyone.”
For 23 years, Eastvale has been home to Raul Gutierrez. A husband of 33 years and a proud father of two grown sons, he knows what it means to build a life in this community.
After 32 years in education, Raul retired in June 2026. His next chapter carries the same purpose: listening, supporting families, and showing up for the people around him.
“My involvement in making Eastvale a better place began long before my campaign.”
Safe schools. Safe neighborhoods. Safe parks. And a local economy with good food, a competitive tax rate, and events that bring people together.
Families deserve peace of mind where they live, shop, and gather. Raul’s commitment to public safety is grounded in hands-on volunteer service—and in working side by side with the agencies who keep us safe.
